SMS security-code consent
This page documents how an Infinite Osic user may voluntarily add SMS as an extra sign-in and account-recovery method.
SMS is optional. Users can continue using an authenticator app without enrolling in text messages. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using Infinite Osic services.
Enrollment workflow
- Sign in at auth.infiniteosic.com using the normal password and authenticator-app code.
- Open account settings and choose to add the optional SMS text message method.
- Enter a mobile number, review the consent notice below, and select the unchecked consent box.
- Select Enable SMS, receive a one-time verification code, and enter it to confirm control of the number.
- A user who does not consent selects Continue without SMS and keeps the authenticator-app method.
