SMS privacy notice

Effective July 13, 2026

Infinite Osic uses a mobile number only to deliver user-requested security and account-recovery messages after the user voluntarily enrolls in SMS.

Information used

We process the enrolled mobile number, message delivery status, enrollment status, and security-event timestamps needed to operate and protect the account.

No sale or marketing sharing

Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold. They are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Service providers may process information only as needed to deliver and secure the messaging service.

Choice and deletion

Users may reply STOP or remove the SMS method from account settings. Removing SMS does not disable the required authenticator-app method.
